Today was the day of the meeting. Every month everyone 13 or over is obligated to attend a meeting to decide on what rules to enforce and what rules that we should take out of the rule book. I turned 13 last February. Every month we walk into the big building and discuss of rules that we should enforce on the people of Stella Terra. Some months we come up with absolutely nothing new, while during other meetings, we can come up with a whole bunch. Not many ideas become laws though. This particular meeting we came up with absolutely nothing. I don't understand why I have to attend these meetings. They never let me say anything anyway!
